Meditation Series...Part 7, The Earth

This is the last in our meditation series on the elements of nature. They can be done in any order and at any time. My goal is to bring you into an awareness of your connection with nature and to allow nature to remind you to move, to flow, to appreciate beauty, to be still, to ground, to connect, to reach for the stars!


 
Now we focus on our foundation: the 1st chakra, our root, the Earth.

Physically, earth is the area at the base of our tailbone specifically and our lower back generally.

Emotionally, the earth is both fear...and courage. Holding on...and letting go.

Energetically earth is stability, safety, physical health, grounding, protection, discipline, support (both physical, emotional, and financial), and balance.
